More than robots: special machines and automation
We have our own design office, so in addition to robots we deploy special machines designed for the customer's specific process, conveyor lines, lifts and process automation. The customer gets a complete solution based on robotic systems, from a single supplier.
Pallet dispenser: an empty-pallet magazine for robots
It places an empty euro-pallet on a stand brought in by an LMR robot and takes pallets back off the stand. The robot drives under the magazine, the gripper lowers the stack, releases the bottom pallet and lifts the rest. Designed and built by FTM Robots.

Pallet labelling station
A gantry-mounted print-and-apply labeller places a label anywhere on the side of a pallet that a robot brings in on a stand. The robot turns on the station together with the pallet, so the other sides can be labelled too.

Pallet stackers
Stacking and dispensing empty pallets, with stacks delivered and collected by FMR and LMR robots.
Pallet wrappers
Stretch-wrapping pallets at the end of the line. A robot brings the pallet to be wrapped and collects it ready for shipping.
